     In the tradition of stable operations, strong willpower and innovative spirit, Kuo-Toong has grown and continued seek sustainable development of the company. With the cooperative efforts of all employees, product quality and construction technology is reviewed and improved. The professional position of Kuo-Toong is acknowledged by both domestic and international engineering societies and water resources institutions. Consequently, company is keeping growing. 

     Kuo-Toong does not confine itself in current achievements. The main goal is to enhance its technology, do the R&D, and to expand its business field for the purpose of internationalization.

     In addition, due to more frequent trade activities between Taiwan and Mainland China, expanding into the mainland has become an irresistible trend to Taiwanese enterprises. This has also become an important operation policy of Kuo-Toong. In response to this trend, in December 2000, Kuo-Toong signed a cooperative contract to build a factory in Mainland China. The factory started operations in August 2001. 

     The 10th five-year-economic-development-plan has been promoted vigorously and the water resources construction is carried out accordingly. With the past experience and success, Kuo-Toong is expanding its market in the Mainland. 

     Every product of Kuo-Toong is conformed not only to the GB standard of Mainland China, but also to the AWWA standard. Kuo-Toong's reputation for high construction quality and efficiency is sustained by the success of previous projects. Therefore, we truly believe that Kuo-Toong will make a great contribution to China in regards to water resources engineering.
