The major content as follow: 1. Construction Detail Design 2. Application for Construction license (obtained by 2004/01/04) 3. Civil works (Include Raw Water Modulate Tank, Quick Mix Tank,     Blanket Clarifier Tank, Flash mixer Tank, Precipitate Tank, Rapid     sand filtration Tank, Fresh Water Tank etc.) 4. Pipeline Construction (Include all united area pipelines and transfer     pipelines) 5.
